Dr. PowerPoint's List

I'm in the process of creating a list of everything you should know about PowerPoint. But only the sort of advanced stuff. Things like inserting a picture or adding text are too simple for this list. Please comment below if there is anything you want to add.

Here's what I have so far:

  1. Grouping and Ungrouping objects
  2. Moving objects with precision using Alt and CTRL.
  3. Using the keyboard to move and duplicate objects
  4. Transitioning slides automatically
  5. Using Custom animation to animate objects
  6. Playing music for the entire duration of the slide show or presentation
Can you think of any more?

iTunes Burn Tip

Next time you're in iTunes, go to Burn, then, when the box below comes up, select the option at the bottom "Data CD or DVD".  Then Burn.

Do it again, but this time, slect "Audio CD".

Bring both CDs in to me so we can discuss the difference.

Weekly Assignment #5

XP, as in Windows XP, is an operating system. It is software that your computer needs before anything else. Most computers are running XP. More and more are using Vista(the upgrade from XP) as time goes on. If you're on a Mac, you're using one of Apple's operating systems.

So, what does XP mean? Email me.
