Crop Tool

So, last week we covered Print Screen. This week, the crop tool is the thing. In fact, Thursday is National Crop Tool Day. Really.

Make sure that you use the crop tool to cut out unnecessary or unwanted edges off any pictures you paste into Word, PowerPoint, or Publisher. Usually, the crop tool will just appear when you click on the picture. If it doesn't, right-click.
